Blog Makeover Giveaway~

When I decided I wanted to get a blog makeover, I knew what I had in mind. So I E-Mailed Joanna and threw some ideas at her, she said she could do them all. I knew I wanted 4 of my photos at the top to represent the seasons~(click photos to enlarge)

Spring in my yard...

Summer Robin eggs in the tree in front of my house...

Fall on my porch...

Winter on the mountain I can see from my window...

What I love about Joanna is she will work with you if you are not 100% sure on what you want. She has a portfolio of designs that she has put together to help you out with ideas.

AND...She won't hold it against you if you know exactly what you want like I did. I knew what I wanted all the way down to the nest by my signature. It was like Joanna could read my mind when she showed me different stages of the design. I'm sure I used the word "it's perfect" more then once in our E-mail conversations.

To help celebrate my NEW blog look, Joanna has graciously given me a blog design package to giveaway!

♥~Noelle Grace~♥

Noelle Grace is 9 months old today!

Below is a movie of Noelle trying to walk-Remember, the doctors told my daughter to abort this child 3 times because ultra sounds showed she had Spina Bifida and was most likely going to have Down's Syndrome. Because of God and his precious GRACE, Noelle was healed in the womb...The doctors and surgeons said she is NOTHING SHORT OF A MIRACLE! We agree~♥

Thank you Lord-All praise goes to you!

Turn your sound up...If you can't hear the movie, notice at the beginning when she stops then starts dancing, this is when the music started...She always starts dancing as soon as she hears music ! It's a super short movie.

video

By the way, Noelle can say "Ma Ma, Daa Daa, Naa Naa (cause she loves bananas) AND Grandpa!" I have NO clue why she can say Grandpa she only see's him on the weekends and see's Grandma (me) EVERYDAY!

For Dad, Mom & Ron...

And anyone else that is interested in seeing photos from our mountain hike~! Click on photos to enlarge for a much better view~ Photos are not in any real order as you will soon see!

By the way (everyone else)... I'm getting a blog makeover in the next few weeks and I am busy sewing and crafting so get ready for some big changes!!!

I Love this picture of Timmy-This view is what he wanted Tim Sr & I to see-We didn't realize we would have to rock climb to get there~ So beautiful. So worth it.

These are the gluten free eggs I lived on while up there~This is what they looked like before adding the boiling water-Freeze dried!

After adding the water and letting them sit for a bit they really look like scrambled eggs and are QUITE good!

Huckleberries were ripe for the picking and were all around our camp~I had them with my cream of rice hot cereal. YUMMY!

One night for dinner we had fish. Here is my hunka hunka burning love with his catch.

Grouse, beautiful and tasty too! ;)

This is how Timmy cut the firewood...

Until the firewood split the rock in half!!! I'm pretty sure it was supposed to work the other way around son.

This is Tim and our neighbor/his friend Blake. Blake had just got done asking me if his beard was filling in because he wanted to look like Jesus~I laughed and told him it looked more like George Michael. Poor Blakie. :)

We hiked to middle Oval lake one day-Timmy was tired and fell asleep right next to the lake.

This is me half way up the mountain (mile 5) on the first day. We had stopped to rest by the creek that follows the trail all the way up to our camp. You could hear the little waterfalls all the way to the top.

Tim and I on the peak behind our camp.

Timmy snapped this shot of me after we got to the top of a rock climbing adventure.

This shot is worth enlarging! Tim Sr's friend Merv met us up there with his gang of horses. He was camping on the other side of Oval peak from us. I expect to see Dad on these horses next year! (wink wink, okay Dad?)

I was greeted by this deer as I stepped out of my tent. She decided she wanted to have hot cocoa with us that evening. She stayed right in our camp for the longest time.

This bird acted like it was going to land right on me!

I will show you (Dad, Mom & Ron) the rest of the photos when you come visit!

My Daughter Ronnie Has A NEW Love ♥♥♥

This is what he looks like...

She is actually head over heels in love with these:

~Special Edition Strawberried Peanut Butter M&M's~

I haven't tried them, but she says, "they are SO good!"

We saw these at the store Also... Coconut!

Has anybody tried the coconut ones yet? Do they taste anything like Almond Joy?

We don't know what has gotten into those people at Mars candy -BUT we like it! We look forward to seeing what else they come up with! Maybe Rocky road flavored or something like that? :)

**** Just added note: I tried the Strawberry Peanut Butter & I do not care for them~! They taste like Captain Crunch Berry Cereal or something to that effect!

I'm Back...

And I have to tell you...It was one of the BEST times of my life!

Mt flowers/bee

Thank you for your prayers on the bees~ Most people ask for protection against bears and Mt Lions but bees are just as deadly to me AND more abundant~ We were told we hiked past 3 hives right next to the trail up the mountain~Funny, we didn't see any!

Me and my guys top Mt

Here is the picture I promised of me and my guys on the mountain peak~ Pictured is: My Husband Tim, Me and Our Son Timothy.

Shoulder Kiss

This photo of my husband kissing my shoulder makes me smile and warms my heart. We got to the top of this peak by rock climbing. It was an extremely steep cliff/peak. He was shocked I didn't throw in the towel on this climb! (I was seriously tempted half way up!) I was rewarded with beathtaking views~

Can't wait to go up again next year!
